Pack 1138 is in the Lone Star District of the Sam Houston Area Council (SHAC) and is proudly chartered by Grace United Methodist Church in the Houston Heights. While the pack is zoned to serve Harvard, Love, and Highland Heights Elementary schools, we warmly welcomes Scouts from throughout the greater Houston area.
